Shipping Policy:We are an independent company with low overheads, we purchase directly from the premier musical instrument manufacturer in China and ship in the stock using controlled conditions to the UK. China is the manufacturing capital of the world. Many of the musical instruments available in every music store in the UK have been manufactured in China, regardless of their branding. Emdan promises to ship to you using the most cost effect and professional couriers around. Most items will be shipped using a 2 working day service for the UK, if the weight is over 3kg; otherwise Emdan will use Royal Mail 1st Class post or Royal Mail standard parcels, which is a 2-3 day delivery service. If your instrument is to be shipped outside of the UK, then the item will be shipped using Fedex International Priority service, which is generally a 3-4 working day shipment to its destination. All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery/shipping. If you are outside of the UK, please confirm with us the exact shipping of your instrument, as many countries have different shipping costs imposed by the courier. Returns Policy:Emdan seek to satisfy every customer that purchase instruments off us. Check out www.harmony-central.com for reviews on our products. If the item arrives damaged then we ask you to photo the damage and notify us within 2 days of arrival in order for us to send out a replacement. We may ask you to return the damaged one under special circumstances. The returns address is shown at the bottom of the home page.
